Mike began his career with Keller Williams in 2012, joining the Market Center in Peachtree City, Georgia. He quickly found success, and soon made the decision to join a mega-team as the Lead Buyers Agent. In 2013, he was named a Top Five Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Southeast Region.

He stepped into the Team Leader role in the Peachtree City Market Center in May 2015 with 116 agents. He was a Black Belt Team Leader in 2016 ending the year at 242 agents. Profitability and productivity records were also set for the Market Center. Today with 296 agents, Peachtree City is the largest real estate office in Fayette and Coweta Counties. They hold more than 22% market share, and was the only real estate office named to the 2016 Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 25 Most Productive Real Estate Offices – the only office south of I-20. He most recently was the Team Leader of KW First Atlanta/Sandy Springs The market center grew to over 500 agents, closed over $1 Billion dollars in volume each year, and profit shared over $1 Million to their agents.

He is currently the Executive Leadership Director of the Southeast Region. In January 2021, he will step into the role as Regional Director of the Southeast Region.

Mike has two children, a son, Parker who is 19, and a daughter Campbell who will be 9 in November. He is a Florida native. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and Master of Divinity degree in Christian Education from Southeastern Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
